Thuraya Prepaid subscribers can refill their prepaid account and check prepaid balance even while Roaming in a GSM network very easily with USSD service.

The service allows subscribers to benefit from a simple way of accessing account information which provides them with a written record, rather than an automated recorded message.

This is a free of charge service and works on both Satellite and GSM* mode.

* Some GSM operators block this service for Roaming subscribers.

How do you use USSD?

To Refill Prepaid Account
Dial a USSD command on your Thuraya phone:
Key in*150* scratch card PIN code # then press the ‘Dial’ button
Account Interrogation ( Checking Prepaid Balance)
Dial a USSD command on your Thuraya phone:
Key in *151 # then press ‘Dial’ button.
