Thuraya’s services in Italy are distributed by two service providers: Intermatica S.p.A.and Ansimon SRL.

Intermatica is Thuraya’s national Service Provider and is also certified as the specialized supplier for Civil and Military Government sector, as well as SP for Maritime and DSL services. Thanks to the years of provision of Thuraya services in Italy, Thuraya acknowledges Intermatica as a SP maintaining the highest standard of diligence and promptness.
Intermatica owns all the authorizations to supply fixed, mobile and satellite services. The company’s continuous research for development leads to new applications for business and leisure usage, such as the exclusive tracking solution geomat.it.
Furthermore, the roaming agreements with Italian mobile operators guarantee that Thuraya SIM cards can also be used in GSM mode by roaming on TIM, WIND, and Vodafone network.

In addition, Thuraya’s service provider Ansimon has also its own licence to supply satellite services and distributes and markets Thuraya’s mobile satellite Services and products throughout the country. This includes user terminals and SIM cards as well as overseeing billing and customer care aspects.
