Country Specific Plans
Call charges vary from one country to another to offer customers highly competitive call charges especially for national calls.

Postpaid Easy Plan
Suitable for customers who prefer to have call charges that do not change from one country to another, although it may be higher than the country specific tariff.

Prepaid

Thuraya’s prepaid plans offer subscribers the freedom from receiving monthly statement bills. Thuraya prepaid plans are practical, convenient and designed for subscribers who prefer to monitor and budget their call expenditures.

Super SIM Prepaid
Thuraya offers two types of Super SIM prepaid plans, Country-Specific and Easy Plan.

Super SIM: Country Specific
Call charges vary from one country to another to offer customers very competitive call charges especially for national calls.

Super SIM: Easy Plan
Suitable for customers who prefer to have call charges that do not change from one country to another, although it may be higher than the country specific tariff.

Account Validity

Validity period is 1 year from the first call

Account validity can be extended by paying the Annual Renewal Fee:
Free: satellite usage > US$ 2500/year
US$ 60: satellite usage > = US$ 120/year
US$ 99: satellite usage < US$ 120/year

SIM Renewal

Reminder messages are sent during the 15 days prior to account expiry date.

if sufficient credit is available, the account can be renewed within these 15 days by calling 150 and selecting option 6.

If sufficient credit is available on the last active date, the account is automatically renewed. The renewal is confirmed in a message.

If account is not renewed as above grace period is granted. During this period the account will be automatically renewed if the subscriber refills the account with the required amount.

The account is deactivated after the grace period.

Scratch Cards

Thuraya prepaid solutions offer a rechargeable account that allows you to refill with Thuraya Scratch Cards whenever you wish and for as much as you want; giving you total freedom and control of your telephone usage.

Thuraya scratch cards are offered in different calling values namely 10, 20, 39, 50, 80 and 160 units. These cards are available at all Thuraya authorized service provider outlets and dealers.
