Although, the service is identical to the scratch card refill through SMS, the ‘Scratch Card Refill through Direct Dialing’ facilitates the user to avoid the laborious keying of the scratch card PIN code in the SMS message.

With this service, the user can simply send the PIN code through direct dialing from the Thuraya phone.

How to use the ‘Scratch Card Refill through Direct Dialing’….

All the user needs to do is to key in 16012345678901234 and press on the ‘Send’ button.
-160 is the service code
-12345678901234 is the 14-digit scratch card PIN code.
User will be advised to wait through a voice prompt.
A notification SMS informing about the progress of the refill transaction will be sent to the user immediately.

While the service is free for all Thuraya customers, US $0.25 will be charged against the user’s account for each wrong attempt.
