Thuraya to hold its Second Service Provider Forum in Dubai, UAE on April 3 and 4.

The Second Thuraya Service Provider Forum is an important event that provides a venue for the exchange of ideas between Thuraya and leading telecom providers in the Middle East, North Africa and South Asia.
It builds on the success of Thuraya’s first SP forum held last April, and the level of interest in this forum indicates that this year’s meeting should achieve higher goals.
The programme, which will be held over two days, will unveil the company’s services, while addressing some of the important issues dealing with the technology.
The first day will provide an overview of the company, technical advancements, the scope of the service provider agreement, and some of the relevant regulatory issues. The second day will focus on logistical matters relating to interconnection, tariffs, billing and customer care , as well as distribution and promotion. The forum will also include presentations on market studies, call scenarios and gateway operator models.
