Subscribers need no longer experience the hassle of running out of credit or finding locations that sell scratch cards. All you need is a one-time Internet connection and a credit card and you can enjoy this service right away.

How to recharge by dialling toll free 800 numbers from anywhere and anytime…

Dial 800 11 039: For 39 units credit

Dial 800 11 080: For 80 units credit

Dial 800 11 160: For 160 units credit

Once you dial the 800 toll free number, you will hear it ring several times and then you will be automatically disconnected. Soon afterwards you will receive an SMS with the scratch card information.

Now you can refill your prepaid account with the scratch card number that you receive using IVR, SMS, or Direct Dialing (160+pin number+ call).

Note:

There are no annual registration fees or other hidden credit card charges. Only a nominal onetime US$1 credit card verification fee is charged for Thuraya prepaid subscribers at the time of registration.
