Thuraya’s subscribers now check their billing information (prepaid/regular) anytime and anywhere just by logging on to https://bills.thuraya.com - Thuraya’s subscriber online services website.

Once you are logged on to the website, just click on the billing inquiry option. A password is required to access the service, which may be obtained by sending a message to 1522 from your Thuraya phone.

Password acquisition service charges your account with a value of the message any time you use the service. Choose type of account you may obtain the information for (prepaid/regular) and key in your phone number and password then click on the ‘OK’ button.
