Roaming


Thuraya users can roam in any of Thuraya’s GSM Roaming Partners network using Thuraya SIM card in Thuraya Satellite/GSM handset or any compatible GSM phone.

Roaming in Thuraya means:

  • You can use your GSM SIM Card with the same GSM number in Thuraya phone, and enjoy roaming in Thuraya satellite network coverage.
  • Thuraya subscribers (with Thuraya SIM cards) can access other GSM networks in and out of Thuraya coverage area, in Thuraya or any GSM 900/1800/1900 Handset.
  • All incoming calls on Thuraya satellite mode are free of charge
